IcyZip
IcyZip pairs exactly two open online browser views by QR code or private link for live text, links, codes and one selected file up to 25 MiB. No account, email or app installation is required. Current browser clients encrypt live text and file bytes before transport; the service relays ciphertext but still sees operational metadata such as connection timing, browser class, message sizes, filename, type hint and file sizes. It is a short active handoff, not cloud storage, folder sync, offline pickup, LAN discovery or peer-to-peer transfer. The hosted service is currently free. Its isolated browser E2E-encryption component, protocol notes and runnable security tests are public under Apache-2.0, while the complete hosted service is not open source.
