TIFF to PDF

TIFF to PDF is a free browser converter for single-page and multi-page TIFF or TIF scans. Convert files locally without uploading them, merge pages into one PDF, and choose paper size, orientation, rotation and PNG or JPEG image encoding. No account is required. Batches are limited to 30 MB and 30 pages. Output is image-based; searchable text requires a separate OCR tool.
