Quit Smoking Gradually: Alive

Alive helps you organize a gradual plan to cut down on cigarettes. Enter your smoking habits, log each cigarette with one tap, and use the waiting timer to see the planned interval before the next one. Weekly phases let you move forward or stay at your current stage. You can review cigarette counts, cigarettes avoided, and estimated savings. Available for iPhone, iPad, and Android. The first week is free, followed by paid access to the program. Alive is a tracking and planning tool, not a medical treatment.
