About the product

Deacon is an AI customer support agent for websites, built for founders and small teams who answer support themselves. It answers your customers from your own docs, often with a link to the page it used. When your docs don't cover a question, it says so instead of guessing and asks for their email. Questions it couldn't answer are listed for you, and an answer written once becomes a source it answers from. One script tag installs it, and there's a free plan with 50 answers a month.
