HelpWell is the Autonomous Help Desk for SaaS developers. It's an open-source AI agent (AGPL-3.0) that answers customers in a chat widget and help center from your docs only and cites the article behind every answer. It drafts your first help articles from your code and rewrites the ones each push made wrong, so the docs keep themselves current. HelpWell Cloud ($49/mo, 7-day trial) adds a hosted inbox, live chat, email and ticketing.
