About the product
Keeping is a shared inbox and helpdesk tool that works as an overlay on Gmail, via Chrome and Safari extensions, so teams can manage customer support without leaving the email client they already use. A shared mailbox like support@company(dot)com becomes a collaborative workspace: incoming customer emails turn into trackable tickets that can be assigned to teammates, tagged, prioritized, and moved through statuses, while replies still go out from the shared address. On top of that core, it layers team-oriented features collision detection so two agents don't answer the same message, shared drafts and internal notes with @mentions, response templates and autoresponders, if/then workflow automations (auto-assign, round-robin), SLA tracking, CSAT surveys, and reporting on response and resolution times, plus integrations with tools like Shopify, HubSpot, Jira, Asana, and Zapier.
Keeping gives you a full helpdesk's power without making your team learn or switch to a separate helpdesk app since everything lives inside Gmail.
